Original development, featuring 380gsm custom looped sweatshirt fabric. Paired with a contrasting flannel plaid hoodie, accented with leather elements at the drawstring. Surface treated for a tactile finish. Plaid fabric is 100% heavy-duty cotton twill with high thread count, offering a substantial feel. 1X1 pure cotton interlock ribbing. Ribbing dyed to match the garment body color.
The houndstooth fabric lining of the hat is quilted, not a separate layer! The houndstooth pattern spacing and colors are customized 1:1 according to the original version. Each hat is identical, with symmetrical alignment on both sides and top/bottom. This requires exceptional cutting craftsmanship, time, effort, and material. The flannel fabric is a material exclusive to this year. The drawstring features a five-piece set on one side: a leather loop, a copper eyelet plate, a bell, a zipper, and other elements that replicate the original design. Leather accents are also incorporated as embellishments.
