The fabric surface has undergone a hand feel treatment. The plaid fabric is 100% coarse-spun cotton, with fine yarn density and a thick, substantial hand feel. The 1X1 pure cotton interlock ribbing is pre-dyed to match the garment body color.

The checkered fabric inside the hat is quilted, not a separate layer! The check spacing and colors are custom-made 1:1 according to the original design.
